Other changes to traffic patterns will also be in effect
Rider University will celebrate Reunions 2017 on the Lawrenceville campus on Saturday, June 10. Rider will also host the Olympic Development Program Region I Soccer Team Tournament this weekend.
Due to anticipated high volume of traffic on Saturday, Rider has made the following changes to the campus traffic pattern:
The main entrance gate will be closed until 3 p.m. on Saturday. All traffic must enter campus using the south gate. The Lawrence Township Police Department will be on hand to assist guests entering and exiting campus at the south and north gates from 6 a.m. to noon.
Rider’s annual 5K Walk/Run for Women’s Athletics will also be held as part of the Reunions schedule. To accommodate the participants, a one-way, clockwise traffic pattern around the lake will be established from 6 a.m. to noon utilizing the north gate for traffic exiting Route 206 (Lawrenceville Road) North and South.
Parking is prohibited on all campus roadways except as otherwise designated. Due to the anticipated heavy volume of traffic on Saturday, vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.
