Scholarships available for mature second-career women
The Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation and Rider University have established a fund to provide scholarships for mature second-career women. Applications are now being accepted for consideration of scholarship funding for the spring 2016 semester.
Recipients of Charlotte W. Newcombe Scholarships may be full-time or part-time (taking at least 3 credits). They should be matriculated in a baccalaureate program and have completed at least half of the credits required for their degree. Newcombe Scholarships are intended to meet the needs of women for whom traditional forms of financial aid are inadequate or not available.

Copies will also be available in the Offices of Financial Aid and the College of Continuing Studies. The offices are located in the Bart Luedeke Center on the Lawrenceville Campus. Completed applications must be returned to either office no later than Monday, Dec. 7, 2015.
Please note that if you were a Fall 2015 recipient, you will not need to complete a full application. You will need to provide a written request for continued scholarship consideration. Your request should include your name, student ID number, the number of credits you will take during spring 2016 and why you would like to receive the continued support.
