Both fairs attracted more employers than ever before

On Thursday, March 3, approximately 65 employers in the education field gathered in the Student Recreation Center for four hours to recruit over 100 education students and alumni in attendance. This year’s Education Career Fair was the largest education fair so far. School district representatives conducted on the spot screening interviews lasting approximately 10-15 minutes.
The multiple employers that attended included Bloomberg LP, Hamilton YMCA, Math Genie, Sylvian Learning Center of Hamilton Township, Y.A.L.E. School and dozens more, including a range of schools in local communities.
More than 130 employers from around the region visited Rider University on Thursday, March 24, for the Spring Career Fair, the largest general career fair to date. The fair gave students and alumni in-person access to a diverse range of recruiters. The event packed the Student Recreation Center for three hours, as companies met and recruited over 300 students and alumni at all levels and from all majors for part-time jobs, internships and full-time opportunities.
The many employers that were on campus included Bristol-Myers Squibb, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, WithumSmith and Brown and dozens of others across a diverse range of fields.
The University is dedicated to helping its students gain employment after graduation. Today, 91% of Rider graduates are employed or pursuing graduate studies within a year of graduating.
