See the opera stars of tomorrow - July 6 through 23.
by Anne Sears
Westminster Choir College’s CoOPERAtive Program will present a series of master classes, concerts and recitals showcasing young singers training for opera careers July 6 through July 23. All events are open to the public at no charge, and, unless otherwise noted, all are held at 7:30 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on the campus of Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton.
In its fifth year, Westminster’s CoOPERAtive Program is a three-week opera training program that prepares young singers for advanced young artist or summer apprentice programs. Graduates of the program have been finalists in the Metropolitan Opera Council’s National Auditions and have gone on to work with opera companies throughout the United States. This is a great opportunity to see – and hear- the opera stars of tomorrow.
