“When applying to colleges, I knew I wanted to be an Organizational Psychology major and was really impressed with what Rider’s program had to offer. I love my major because it allowed me to take a blend of Psychology and Business courses. I was able to take diverse courses such as Personality, Employee Engagement and Team Management that allowed me to look at the different aspects of the workplace."
How Rider helped Kaitlyn gain hands-on experience:
"Throughout my Rider experience, I had multiple internships within Recruiting, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, and Learning and Development. In addition to internships, I was able to develop my interests and conduct research through an Independent Study. Overall, I loved being an Organizational Psychology major and am so happy with the experiences I had at Rider and the opportunities I have been offered!”
After graduation, Kaitlyn went on to a master's degree in labor and employee relations at Rutgers University, and gained full-time employment as a Learning & Development associate with KPMG Executive Education.
