Kyle participated in Rider's 4+1 MABC program, allowing him to receive his undergraduate and graduate degrees in consecutive years.
Kyle was already a Rider undergraduate student when he took advantage of the university's 4+1 Master of Arts in Business Communication (MABC) program. This program allowed him to earn his Master's degree with only one additional year of study. Kyle found the transition from an undergraduate to graduate student smooth and easy in the program. With a graduate assistant position in the MABC program, Kyle obtained work experience while completing his studies.

Rider's impact on Kyle's career
Rider's MABC program improved Kyle's understanding of various business communication topics. This included how to create and give successful business presentations, how to prepare and execute successful speeches in front of a crowd and best practices for communication between various cultures. One of the best aspects of the MABC program for Kyle was the ability to closely interact with his professors. Not only did this allow for better learning and insight, but it also led to invaluable connections for upcoming job searches.
