Originally from San Diego, Madison visited the Rider campus, fell in love and knew for certain that Rider was where she needed to be.
Although Rider is a smaller university, the alumni network that Rider has to offer is phenomenal. Not only is it a huge network, but almost all alumni are more than willing to offer assistance in some way, shape or form.”

Rider’s impact on Madison’s career
Madison took a very proactive approach when it came to getting involved with everything Rider. While juggling 18-credit semesters to graduate early, she founded the Healthcare Club on campus and acted as president, as well as taking up the role as tour guide for two years, working as an office assistant and working in the Alumni Relations department.
Madison joined the Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Council (GBLC), where she was introduced to her mentor, a VP at Capital Health where Madison is now employed. Madison was partnered with her mentor as a sophomore and began to explore internship and employment opportunities as early as possible. Madison then became the Vice President of the GBLC.
I wouldn't have had the opportunity that I had if not for the connection that I made through the Bierenbaum Leadership Council.”
