When Nathaly first discovered Rider, she read up on all of the opportunities that were offered for students to build their own Rider experience. “It was amazing to see how Rider helped their students reach their full potential and achieve success, and I wanted to succeed just as much,” she said. Nathaly knew that Rider could help her grow both professionally and personally. “I chose Rider because I knew this was a school I could shine at.”
Rider taught Nathaly to get involved and volunteer for things that were out of her comfort zone. Rider also taught her the importance of expanding her network and building strong connections. “Rider offered many professional development events where I was able to hear advice from professionals working in the field and learn about their experiences,” she said. In Nathaly’s time at Rider, she has worked in the Norm Brodsky College of Business Dean’s Office, as a tutor for the Academic Success Center, a talent acquisition intern at UPS, and a campus recruiting coordinator at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. When Nathaly wasn’t working, she was getting involved in other ways on campus. She served as the president of the Law and Justice Society and the vice president of Club Badminton.
