What you will learn

Graduates from the management and leadership program will leave Rider with a multitude of marketable skills.

As a graduate you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate self-efficacy in supervising, leading, and working with others in teams and organizations
  • Apply knowledge about ethical decision-making, diversity and inclusion, and international business to complex managerial questions
  • Resolve real-world managerial challenges through role plays, case studies and hands-on exercises
