Helping you afford a Rider education is important to us. Upon admission, students that meet the criteria and qualifications for a merit-based scholarship automatically receive the award; no additional scholarship application is required. Completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is key to determining the amount of financial aid you will receive. Transmit your FAFSA to Rider University using federal school code 002628. Rider uses the FAFSA as the foundation for all financial aid awards and until this is completed, we can only award your merit based aid.

When you apply to Rider, you’ll be assigned a financial aid advisor who will become your trusted resource and ensure that you’ll get all the financial support you need throughout your years here.
