Rider's Department of Communication, Journalism, and Media offers one of the most extensive communication internship programs anywhere. Because Rider is located in a media-rich corridor densely populated with communication outlets as well as major corporations and non-profit organizations, opportunities usually outnumber available students. Graphic design students also have the opportunity to spend a semester in Los Angeles to study and intern with industry professionals while living full-time in the heart of Hollywood's entertainment industry.
