Dear Rider Community,
Last week, students, faculty and staff came together for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. This week, for many of us, the food and fellowship we enjoyed together will be replicated in our homes with loved ones.
I hope that everyone will embrace the opportunity to slow down and reflect on the many blessings for which we have to be grateful. I'm grateful for all of the members of our community who make Rider a rich and rewarding place to live, study, work and grow.
On many fronts, we are embarking on bold new opportunities as a University. I'm grateful for those who have the vision to push Rider's mission forward, and I'm grateful for every individual who contributes to realizing that vision.
I'm also grateful for the members of our community who recognize that the holidays can be a challenging time for some, and who work selflessly to alleviate those challenges. In times of stress and anxiety and need, each of us can be thankful for those who seek to shore us up and make us stronger. That there are so many Broncs who do just that is another reason I'm grateful today and every day.
To everyone in the Rider family, I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving.
Sincerely,
Gregory G. Dell’Omo, Ph.D.
President
