RiderRecognizes is the University's new employee recognition initiative
Several new RiderRecognizes programs launched in February.
The first program is “Thank a Bronc.” Much like the Acts of Kindness Cards, the program gives employees an opportunity to thank colleagues for assisting them or for a job well done. Supply of cards are available in Human Resources, as well various buildings on the Lawrenceville campus and Williamson Hall on the Princeton campus.
The second program recognizes that employees will experience many important life events during the course of their employment – from happy events such as the birth or adoption of a child to sad events such as the loss of a loved one. The Expressions of Congratulations and Sympathy acknowledges these events. Supervisors must notify Human Resources of any of the above life events (by calling
ext. 7285 or via [email protected]).
Through RiderRecognizes, the University will also begin celebrating employees' "special day" that comes around once a year through special acknowledgments circulating through campus mail.
More programs will be introduced in the coming months.
RiderRecognizes is a new initiative at Rider that provides a comprehensive and ever-expanding approach to employee recognition and engagement.
