Donations help address a blood shortage in New Jersey
There is a blood shortage in New Jersey. Help save a life by sharing a portion of yours at Rider University's campus-wide blood drive Oct. 20 and 21, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the Seminar Room above Starbucks in the Student Recreation Center.
Here are some important facts:
One pint of blood can help save as many as three lives.
All the blood donated will go towards saving lives right here in New Jersey.
Every Rider student, faculty and staff member who donates blood or platelets, will receive a $10 gift card (based on availability, while supplies last).
Pre-register online at www.GiveBloodNJ.org. Click on "Sign Up To Donate" to receive an additional gift from The Bronc. To sign up on-campus, email Kathy Blachut at [email protected]. Receive an additional gift by registering in advance.
