Stacy came to Rider because it was the best of both worlds. Rider provided Stacy with an intimate education environment that opened the doors to numerous opportunities where she could showcase her education and begin her career.
The plan of study for the earth sciences major really does prepare prospective teachers for what they'll face in terms of curriculum in a high school setting."
Stacy continues to use her Rider education as she teaches the next generation of scientists. Not only does she teach the information she learned, but she also took teaching inspiration from her professors. The teaching methods they used influenced the way Stacy teaches her students today. After she graduated, Stacy was ready to go from student to teacher as a result of the stellar education and experience she had at Rider.
