How Charles Mulé found his #HomeatRider
“I chose Rider because I wanted to be able to pursue my goals while still being close to home. When I came for Admitted Student Day, I loved the energy on campus, but I didn't know what my major would be. Thankfully, curiosity led me to attending the breakout session about the sports management program. After going to that, I knew what I wanted to do.
My favorite Rider memory was becoming an Orientation Leader last year. I enjoyed that entire summer because it helped me prove to myself that I could be a leader outside of what I was already comfortable with. I learned so much about myself and being able to give incoming students an experience to remember meant the world to me.
For anyone considering Rider, my best advice would be to bet on yourself. Rider is going to give you a ton of opportunities. And while it might seem daunting at first, if you trust yourself, Rider will help you accomplish so much.”
Charles is a senior double majoring in sports management and general marketing. He serves in several roles on campus, including senior class president, president of @riderthetachi_, director of public relations and communications for @rideru_sec, and as a member of @ridersga. In 2023 he was named Fraternity Man of the Year and crowned Cranberry Court King.
