Rider's impact on Harold's success
As a small business owner, Harold's responsibilities encompass four areas: management, strategic planning, marketing and accounting. He attributes some of his knowledge and confidence in these areas to the University. “The collective efforts of the faculty prepared me for my career path,” he said.
Continued success
After working at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management for five years, Harold founded his own financial planning and investment firm in 2010. “My ability to step out of that environment and be confident in doing so in one of the worst global financial crises is very powerful,” he said.
