On-Campus
Anyone who is planning to register on-site should call the Office of Continuing Education at 609-924-7416 the Wednesday before the workshop to make sure space is available, and to reserve a place in the class.
Courses with insufficient enrollment will be canceled.
Class Schedule
Classes meet on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an hour for lunch and a 15 -minute break. Westminster reserves the right to limit the size of the class due to room restrictions or to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. Decisions regarding course cancellations will be made the Wednesday prior to the course.
General Information
Course Cancellation/Course Status
All courses are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. In case of cancellation, the Office of Continuing Education will attempt to contact all registered participants by phone or e-mail. Courses will be cancelled the Wednesday before the course is scheduled to begin. Participants are encouraged to register early in order to facilitate appropriate planning.
Check-In Procedure
Participant check-in takes place from 9-9:30 a.m. in the Thayer Lounge of the Scheide Student Center. Participants will be given a name badge for lunch admission along with an information packet and any supplied materials.

Payment and Billing
- Payment in full is due upon registration.
- Payments can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express), online at Online Secure Payment Form or by calling our office at 609-924-7416 during office hours of 9a.m. – 4p.m.
- Payment can also be made in the form of check or money orders payable in U.S. funds to "Rider University". Checks returned for insufficient funds will result in a fee.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Participants enrolled in courses cancelled due to low enrollment are entitled to a full credit. Participants who need to withdrawal must do so before 4pm on the Monday before the workshop begins. Participants who wish to withdrawal should contact the Office of Continuing Education. Refunds for workshops with limited enrollments will be offered only if the space can be filled before the workshop begins. Therefore, if you must cancel, please let us know immediately so that someone else may take your place.
Grade Reporting
Grade reports (not official transcripts) will be sent to the home address of students taking the course for credit within 30 days after the seminar takes place.
Professional Development Hours
Participants will automatically receive a Professional Development Hours certificate mailed directly to them from the Westminster Office of Continuing Education within 30 days after the seminar takes place.
Transcripts
Official transcript forms are available at the Westminster Office of Continuing Education or by downloading the form (.pdf) here. Workshop participants may request, in writing, official college transcripts to be sent to other institutions. To ensure that transcripts are complete, please hold your transcript request form until the end of all of your seminars. In addition, transcript requests cannot be processed until all outstanding balances have been paid.
Academic Credit
One graduate credit will be granted to participants who complete three seminars in one discipline (i.e. music education, voice or sacred music) within the same academic year. Two graduate credits will be granted to participants who complete five seminars in one discipline within the same academic year. No credit is offered for multiple classes from different disciplines.
Required Materials
Required music and textbooks will be available from Westminster Music and Books(operated by Barnes & Noble College) located in the Student Center. A large selection of music related books as well as choral, vocal, keyboard and hand bell music is available. In addition there is a large selection of souvenir and snack items. Your MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are welcome in the store.
